Robert L. Bartilucci, J.D., LL.M., CFP® - Attorney

Attorney Robert L. Bartilucci spent 15 years working in the wealth divisions of large banks with their highest net worth clients. In coordination with bank advisors, lenders, investment and insurance specialists, he created complex plans to meet each client’s estate, asset protection and/or business succession needs. While he has worked with various levels of net worth and complexity throughout his career, he finds the most enjoyment in getting to know his clients and their families while helping them to protect and provide for their families now and in the future.

Education: Rob received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. He then graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he was a Gressman-Pollitt Award winner and on the Dean’s List. Rob also received a LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law.

Rob and his wife have called North Carolina home for the last 20 years and have three children. He enjoys training for ultra-marathons and working out with a local F3 group. He is active in the Knights of Columbus and serves as Assistant Den Leader for his son’s Cub Scout den.
