Ruth M. Allen brings more than 30 years of legal experience to The Walls Law Group, beginning her career as a Certified Legal Assistant before earning her law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2005.
Ruth focuses on probate and estate administration, guardianship, estate planning and surplus funds recovery. She is known for her clear communication and patient guidance—especially when helping clients work through emotionally difficult legal matters.
Ruth regularly serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Wake County.
She is a retired Commander in the United States Navy Reserve, having served for more than 20 years.
